With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Trieste, he is a manager with a 30-year career as Controller, matured in international contexts where he held positions with increasing responsibility in all areas of Management Control (commercial, industrial, financial and logistics) until holding the position of European Controller of Logistics for the Electrolux Group. Having worked in a multinational company referring to a particularly competitive and mature market, he managed complex acquisition and integration business cases and followed periodic restructuring plans in order to adjust the cost structure to declining volumes. He set up reporting systems capable of supporting timely decisions by management, dealing with the development of the necessary tools and skills.
In the consulting field, he has provided management consulting services to Small and Medium Enterprises, developing Management Control models appropriately tailored to their needs, supporting and training in-house resources in the critical start-up phase to ensure continuity over time. A lecturer in specialised Master’s courses, he currently holds the position of Sole Director in an in-house company of the University of Udine.
