Company ID card: manufacturing SME has come under the control of a multinational company and now a different approach to reporting on activities based on the BSC model is required.
Requirement: train the company’s top management to strategic planning and control methodologies and identify tools to support the activity (ERP- BI review).
Goal: introduce a planning and control system in line with the group’s logic.
